Yes. There are templates. There is also a helpful program (still in development). See the previous question.
What are the "basic" decks? What are "talent" cards?
A standard Epic Duels deck can be divided into two parts: Talent cards and Basic cards. Talent cards are the special and power combat cards, everything else is a basic card. (They're also called basic combat cards.)
