Lumiya has a long and storied career, first as a rebel pilot, then as one of a long line of doomed love interests of Luke Skywalker, then as an Imperial spy, then as Darth Vader's apprentice, then as Sith Lady in her own right. Burdeoned by the same cybernetic limitations as Vader, she nevertheless becomes an unpredictable opponent and unmatched mistress of deception.
Something of a loner, Lumiya has no natural minor character pairings, making her a perfect choice for a single character deck. In the recent Legacy of the Force novels, Lumiya is seen nearly constantly summoning Force Phantoms to fight for her and sow confusion among her enemies. Borrowing Robert Moore's single-hitpoint minor concept, and stealing some ideas without shame or apology from Sultan's Lumiya deck, this is an attempt to turn Force Phantoms into a viable game concept.
This deck is still farily experimental, but does reasonably well in playtest; she winds up somewhere in the middle of Tier 2. I'd like her to be more of a threat to Tier 1 opponents, so tweaks are likely, but I'm happy with this as a starting point.

Re: Lumiya - Shadow Lady of the Sith
As I recall, whatever Lumiya cards you're using were a shared creation, from our brainstorm of potential EU material; thus the original source is more accurately given as the EU Extra Lumiya deck.
By the way, this deck is on my to-print list!

Re: Lumiya - Shadow Lady of the Sith
Nah, he's got a bunch of new ones using "Force Apparitions." There are a couple of similarities: LIGHTWHIP MASTERY (which is identical) and CYBERNETIC ENERGY BLAST (which is similar), and the artwork is basically the same. But the nuts and bolts of the design are drastically different. I don't remember much brainstorming using Phantoms...but I do vaguely remember the brainstorm...(I was using an umbrella, so I didn't get wet).
